What would it be like to get together with other women—a lot of other women—who feel the same way? Sisters on the Fly is a national organization dedicated to empowering women through outdoor adventures.
Thousands of members belong to this group which meets at events around the country.
“Over the river and through the woods, to grandmother’s house we go …” Have you ever heard that song playing on the radio while you’re rushing over the next interstate bridge and wondered what it might have been like to travel back in your great-grandparents day?
We have. We imagine the thrill of gliding over the frozen fields, the only sounds birdsong and the breath of the horse in front of you.
Of course, we tend to gloss over the downsides of that form of travel: wolves, bear, cougars—and the bathroom experience probably wasn’t very comfortable either…
When you've got yourself a premium performance Dodge model, life is pretty good. Thanksgiving might be over, but we at Sternberg Automotive Group are still recovering from a food coma that's prevented us from getting back out into the great outdoors for some much-needed exercises this past week. Naturally, we've spent that time counting our blessings.
