The newly designed Ford Explorer has several innovative features we can't wait to show you here at Sternberg Automotive Group. Not only does the Ford Explorer keep you focused on the road with supplementary driver assistance features, but you can also stay focused by keeping your hands on the wheel and utilizing the voice-activated Sync 3 system to access music, messaging or calling features, and navigational apps like Waze.

On those long evening drives, the Explorer ensures you wont be blinded by the driver behind you by activating the auto-dimming driver-side mirror to protect your view of the road. The standard Ford Co-Pilot 360 feature lineup uses a blind spot information system, or BLIS, to alert you when other drivers are encroaching in your lane, or when your position in the road needs correcting.

The available evasive steering assist uses sensors in the front of the vehicle to read the road ahead so that it can alert you to any possible impacts. If you do not respond for some reason, the emergency brakes will automatically be applied for your safety.
