Get the Most American-Made Vehicles of 2017 from Sternberg Automotive Group

Conscientious car shoppers from the Bloomington, Dale, Evansville, Jasper, and Louisville areas can find the most American-made vehicles of the year at Sternberg Automotive dealerships. The Cars.com 2017 American-Made Index was dominated by Ford and Jeep Brand models, including:

  • Jeep Wrangler
  • Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
  • Ford Taurus
  • Ford F-150
  • Ford Expedition

These models contain some of the highest domestic-parts content in the industry, and support more U.S. manufacturing jobs per sale. They are built in cities like Toledo, Chicago, Dearborn, and right here in Louisville.

The number-one most American-made vehicle this year is the Jeep Wrangler, an SUV renowned for its off-roading prowess. According to Cars.com, it is made with 74 percent domestic parts.

It's a good feeling to know this iconic model, which rose to fame helping the Allies during WWII, is still as American as ever. It's still being made at the same plant in Toledo, Ohio where it was first manufactured decades ago.
